This volume contains statistical data on the distribution of the legal population of Catalonia by municipalities, counties and provinces, according to sex and relationship with the activity: active population (employed, unemployed, etc.) and inactive population (retired, homemakers, students, etc.). These statistics come from the 1991 Population Census and have been generated through a co-operation agreement between Idescat and INE.
